Urnex CAFIZA® E31 - Universal Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablets - Pack of 100.

A dosed tablet form of the Cafiza formula, which clears coffee residue from group heads, valves and lines. The tablet makes the dose exact — useful on automatic machines where powder is awkward, and equally workable for backflushing a traditional machine.

Automatic machines: place one tablet in the machine opening and run the manufacturer's cleaning cycle. Intended for daily use.
Traditional machines: put a blind filter in the portafilter with one tablet, lock it into the group and run the brew cycle for 10 seconds, five times. Remove the portafilter, flush it under the group, then repeat the cycle five more times. Pull and discard one espresso afterwards to be sure nothing remains.

Pack of 100 tablets. Always follow your machine manufacturer's cleaning instructions alongside these.
