Agrimontana Orange Marmalade Jam 40g

Orange marmalade in a single-serving jar, prepared with 60 g of fruit for every 100 g.

Breakfast and hotel service, a glaze for pastry, or a cheeseboard portion. Marmalade sits better with aged cheese than a sweeter fruit jam does.

Oranges, cane sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin. Prepared with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugars: 50g per 100g.

Agrimontana have worked at Borgo San Dalmazzo, at the foot of the Piedmontese Alps, since 1972. They were among the first Italian houses to give up sulphites, and work without colourings, preservatives or synthetic additives.

“Marmalade” is reserved in law for citrus preserves.
