Agrimontana Apricot Extra Jam 40g

The larger of the two single-serving jars.

Apricot extra jam in a single-serving jar, prepared with 60 g of fruit for every 100 g. The recipe is the one from the large jars; only the format changes.

Breakfast and hotel service, a pastry tray, or a cheeseboard where each guest gets their own. The small jar also means an opened one is finished rather than forgotten in the fridge.

Apricots, cane sugar, gelling agent: pectin; lemon juice. Prepared with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugars: 50g per 100g.

Agrimontana have worked at Borgo San Dalmazzo, at the foot of the Piedmontese Alps, since 1972. They were among the first Italian houses to give up sulphites, and work without colourings, preservatives or synthetic additives.

“Extra jam” is a reserved description in UK law rather than a marketing word: it may only be used when the fruit content clears a legal minimum. These sit well above it.
