Agrimontana Wild Berries Jam ZERO 290g

Wild berries prepared with 50 g of fruit per 100 g and no added sugar — sweetened instead with erythritol, maltitol and sucralose. The fruit content is what separates this from most reduced-sugar jams, which thin the fruit as well as the sugar.

Use it exactly as the sugared jams: on toast, through yoghurt or porridge, or with fresh cheese. It sets softer than a sugar-set jam, so it spreads more easily straight from the fridge.

Berries (crillies, strawberries, blackberry juice from concentrate, raspberries), water, sweeteners: maltitol, erythritol, sucralose; gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulators: citric acid, calcium citrate. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Zero added sugars—naturally contains sugars.

Agrimontana have worked at Borgo San Dalmazzo, at the foot of the Piedmontese Alps, since 1972. They were among the first Italian houses to give up sulphites, and work without colourings, preservatives or synthetic additives.
