It is slightly less sweet than regular sugar, which means slightly more is needed to achieve required sweetness. Would recommend testing and adjusting if used in cooking.

Really fast delivery and the sugar is great. Used it to make kimchi and I think it was the best kimchi I've made so far... It tasted great. I use it only for cooking and it's great. Thought about using it for tea but in the end it's still sugar and I prefer drinking tea without it. Overall it's still great and it's an healthier option. Only giving it 4 stars because I think it's a little expensive. So use it only if you think you really need to use sugar...

What an appalling alternative to sugar. The horrible aftertaste lingers long after it has been savoured - a reminder that being natural is not always a factor in a product's favour.

Exactly what I wanted. 0 carb, 0 calories good substitute for sugar in baking and most other dishes.

It tastes as good as sugar and I was able to make some Rock Cakes using Erythritol using the old method of 1 table spoon = 1oz [25g] and they tasted really nice, I also tried it in a trifle using 1 table spoon of Erythritol in the blancmange and we all enjoyed it as it was not too sweet as most trifles are, plus my diabetic brother was able to have some.

I go through quite a bit of this a bit of this as I'm on a low carb diet. It's so useful for cooking as it has no after tastes and very little side-effects -just don't eat too much in one go or you'll be GOING for a while!

A friend recommended this to me. Both myself and my wife are diabetic. Our blood sugars have fallen considerably since using erythritol as a sugar substitute. I can''t tolerate aspartaime and stevia has an after taste. This is probably the closest taste to sugar I've tried. We've not used sugar since this arrived.
