100% xylitol. The label gives one teaspoon of xylitol as equal to one teaspoon of sugar, and 240 kcal per 100 g.

Xylitol is dangerous to dogs. Store it out of their reach and do not use it in anything a dog might be given.

Use it one for one in place of sugar, as the label says, in yoghurt, drinks, desserts and baking. The label also says it does not work with yeast, so a yeasted dough still needs ordinary sugar.

Contains a sugar alcohol: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Build up gradually rather than swapping a full sugar quantity on the first attempt.
