Description

Brown sugar in single-serve sticks, a thousand to the box, under the Caffè Vergnano name. Brown sugar keeps a little molasses, so it reads warmer against coffee than white does.

How to use it

Counter and table service: a box this size is for a café, an office or a meeting room rather than a kitchen. Sticks keep sugar dry and portioned, and there is no spoon to lose.
