Erythritol Sticks 4g x 50 - ZERO Calorie 100% Natural Sugar Replacement

Fifty single-serve sticks of four grams each — a measured portion for a counter, a meeting room or a bag. Erythritol, the sugar alcohol used as a sugar replacement. It carries no calories and no sugar, and unlike stevia it leaves no bitter finish. Roughly seventy per cent as sweet as sugar, so a like-for-like swap tastes slightly under-sweetened.

Use it wherever sugar is stirred in rather than baked with structure — coffee and tea, yoghurt, fruit, custards, cold desserts. One stick is roughly a level teaspoon.

It will not caramelise and will not brown a bake the way sugar does, and it cannot feed yeast — a yeasted bread still needs real sugar.
