The decaffeinated FAP capsule, for the same machines and the same settings as the Classico. Ripe fruit and cocoa rather than the flatness decaf often has — made so the afternoon cup is not a compromise.

FAP capsules fit machines built for the FAP standard, not Nespresso® or pod systems. Useful alongside the Classico box in an office, where one machine has to serve people who stop at midday and people who do not.

Roasted in Santena, just outside Turin, by a family that has made coffee since 1882. The roastery is deliberately slow about it — cycles of fifteen to eighteen minutes at 180–200°C rather than an industrial turbo roast — and each origin goes through the drum on its own, blended only afterwards so each keeps its own character. One hundred FAP capsules, decaffeinated. Store the capsules dry and out of direct sun. The shells are compostable where facilities accept them.
