Gazzosa, the plain Italian lemonade, made with natural Sicilian lemon peel flavouring. Lighter and less sharp than a modern lemonade, which is what it is for.

Cold on its own, or as the mixer in a shandy or a spritz, where it lightens without adding much of its own.
