Espresso, and equally at home in a moka pot. The pressurised tin is the reason it keeps: Illy pack under inert gas, so the beans arrive in the condition they left Trieste. Reseal it firmly after opening.

Roasted by Illy in Trieste. Two hundred and fifty gram pressurised tin, whole bean. Keep the tin sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
