BIO Organic Coconut Palm Sugar 1kg 500g

Organic coconut palm sugar, boiled down from the sap of coconut palm flowers. Subtly sweet, close to a soft brown sugar, with a caramel edge.

Use it spoon for spoon in place of brown sugar, in baking and in drinks. Unlike the sugar alcohols it behaves as sugar does — it caramelises, it browns, and yeast will feed on it.
