Himalayan Pink Salt 1kg Coarse - 100% Natural

Coarse-ground rock salt, mined in Pakistan from a seam laid down when an ancient sea evaporated. The pink comes from traces of other minerals in the rock; it is otherwise salt.

For a grinder, for a salt crust, and for finishing a dish where you want to see and feel the crystal. Too coarse to measure reliably into a batter — use the fine grind for baking.
