Allegretti OLIO Extra Vergine Olive Oil Biologica 5l - BIO Organic

Organic extra virgin olive oil, entirely Italian and entirely from the estate’s own groves at Montalbano di Fasano, in the Itria Valley in Puglia. The olives reach the mill within two hours of picking and are worked at no more than twenty degrees, which is what keeps an oil green and peppery instead of flat.

A five-litre tin is a cooking oil as much as a finishing one: enough for a kitchen that dresses everything and fries in olive oil too. Decant what you need into a smaller bottle and keep the tin closed, because light and air do more damage than time.
