The Gentile Preserves are small treasure chests that capture the authentic flavours of carefully selected vegetables, lovingly prepared to preserve their freshness and taste. Passed down from Mother Maria, these traditional preservation techniques honour the Italian heritage of quality and authenticity, bringing the garden’s best to your table.
All vegetables in this medley are processed just hours after harvesting to lock in their natural flavour and nutrients. Hand-filled jars are individually checked to ensure excellence, with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives added. These mixed pickled vegetables reflect the genuine taste of Italian gardens and the intense aroma of the fertile land from which they are grown.
