Anchovy fillets at 51 per cent under a spiced sauce that makes up the rest: olive oil, wine, wine vinegar, sugar, tuna and mustard. Note the tuna — the sauce contains a second fish, which matters if you are buying for someone with an allergy.

A savoury snack straight from the tin, or spooned over bread. It also lifts a salad or a plain pasta without needing anything else added.
