Gentile Preserves - Sun-dried Tomatoes 960g

The large jar, for a kitchen serving antipasti rather than a household opening one occasionally.

Sun-dried tomatoes at sixty per cent, in equal parts Ravece extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil, with wine vinegar and oregano. The oil in the jar is Ravece, a bitter, herbaceous cultivar from Irpinia that is usually bottled on its own rather than spent on a preserve.

Chop them into pasta, over bruschetta or onto a pizza, or serve them whole with cheese and cured meat. The oil in the jar is worth keeping for dressing.

Sun-dried Tomatoes (60%), extra virgin olive oil Ravece (16%), sunflower seed oil (16%), wine vinegar, oregano, black pepper.

Contains sulphites.

Gentile have worked at Gragnano, in the hills behind the bay of Naples, since 1876. The preserves come from the same house as the pasta and from the same part of Campania.

Nine hundred and sixty grams. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
