Sicilian Strait Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil - 28g

Anchovy fillets at 56.5 per cent in extra virgin olive oil, from the Strait of Sicily — a stretch of strong currents and heavy plankton where the fish grow tender rather than tough.

Melt them into a pasta sauce, lay them on buttered toast, or serve them whole with olives and cheese. The 28 g tin is one or two servings, which means none of it sits opened in the fridge.
