Mackerel Fillets in BIO Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 90g (Drained Weight 65 g)

Mackerel fillets at 71.5 per cent in organic extra virgin olive oil, with salt. Mackerel is a bigger, meatier fish than anchovy and is seasoned far more lightly, so it can be eaten on its own.

Straight from the tin onto bread or into a salad, flaked through pasta, or served with potatoes and something sharp. Unlike anchovy it is a main ingredient rather than a seasoning.
