Gentile Preserves - Frijarielli Neapoletan Brocolli 320g

Friarielli, the Neapolitan broccoli that is really a leafy turnip green, at sixty per cent, in Ravece extra virgin olive oil with wine vinegar, salt and red chilli. Bitter, and meant to be.

The Neapolitan pairing is with sausage, in a pan or on a pizza. Also good tossed straight through pasta with its own oil, or beside grilled meat and cheese.

Frijarielli Neapolitan Broccoli (60%), Ravece extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, red chilli pepper, salt.

Gentile have worked at Gragnano, in the hills behind the bay of Naples, since 1876. The preserves come from the same house as the pasta and from the same part of Campania.

Three hundred and twenty grams, two hundred drained. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
