Gentile Preserves - Schito Violet Artichokes Pate 220g

Violetto artichokes at sixty-four per cent, blended with Ravece extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and Provolone del Monaco DOP, the raw-milk cheese from the Sorrentine peninsula.

A spread for bruschetta, crackers or sandwiches, and a shortcut to an artichoke sauce — stir it through hot pasta or risotto, or serve it beside grilled meat.

Artichokes of “Violetto” variety (64%), extra virgin olive oil Ravece (13%), wine vinegar (13%), Provolone del Monaco DOP cheese (Raw cow’s milk, curdle, salt) (9%), salt, black pepper, garlic.

Contains sulphites.

Gentile have worked at Gragnano, in the hills behind the bay of Naples, since 1876. The preserves come from the same house as the pasta and from the same part of Campania.

Two hundred and twenty grams. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
