Gentile Preserves - Broccoli Pate 220g

Broccoli at sixty-four per cent, blended with Ravece extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and Provolone del Monaco DOP, the raw-milk cheese from the Sorrentine peninsula.

Spread it on bruschetta or into sandwiches, stir it through pasta as a ready sauce, or fold it into a soup to thicken and season it at once.

Broccoli (64%), extra virgin olive oil Ravece (13%), wine vinegar (13%), Provolone del Monaco DOP cheese (Raw cow’s milk, curdle, salt) (9%), salt, red chilli pepper.

Contains sulphites.

Gentile have worked at Gragnano, in the hills behind the bay of Naples, since 1876. The preserves come from the same house as the pasta and from the same part of Campania.

Two hundred and twenty grams. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
