Gentile have worked at Gragnano, in the hills behind the bay of Naples, since 1876. The preserves come from the same house as the pasta and from the same part of Campania.

Five hundred and fifty grams. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
