Handcrafted Fusilli are one of most famous traditional pasta formats. Nothing has changed in the production: the "fusillare" still twist the noodles to a stocking iron and, with a decisive gesture of the forearm, create the shape that characterises this format making each fusillo unique. 

    Produced in Italy with strictly Italian flours, the pasta is crafted using the traditional bronze wire drawing technique and is slowly dried using the natural "Cirillo" method, which preserves the flavours and nutrients while ensuring the pasta retains its authentic bite. The result is a hearty and nutritious pasta that stays true to Pastificio Gentile's commitment to quality and tradition.
