Description

La Brasiliana’s core blend and the one the rest of their production is measured against. Beans chosen for a fruity character, roasted dark for an enveloping aroma and a generous yield in the cup.

Full-bodied and intense by the roastery’s own description.

How to use it

Espresso. It gives an unusually high yield for its dose, which matters in a venue counting cost per cup. Full enough for milk and stable across a busy service.

Additional information

Roasted by La Brasiliana in Naples. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.

Superb coffee that’s not to strong and works well with my ninja cafe lux machine!

An excellent all round coffee. We use a beans to cup machine and a pour over machine. Both make an excellent brew. We previously imported from Germany 8 kegs per order. Great to be able to get it in the UK. An a great supplier.

This is a bit of a secret coffee (at Sept 17) as it hasn't been available in the UK until now, so is largely unknown. I discovered and have been drinking this coffee bought from abroad for several years now. We use a bean to cup machine. The coffee is full, balanced and fruity with an excellent crema and enjoyable aftertaste. Having tried many coffee beans over the years, this is our firm favourite. The only downside is that I don't enjoy going out for coffee any more...because it's never as good as I can make for myself at home! So heartily recommend. And the service from Crema Aroma Coffee Shop was great too...helpful, friendly and speedy.
