Green Brazilian yerba from wild forest cultivation, with ginkgo biloba and ginseng, orange peel, pineapple and a little guaraná. Ninety-eight per cent leaf.

Hot or cold. The herb additions make it fuller than plain leaf; drink it as it comes rather than blending further.

The traditional way is a gourd and a bombilla. Fill the gourd three-quarters with yerba, tip it to one side and shake so the powder settles, then wet the leaf with cool water and let it swell before any heat touches it — that is what stops the bombilla clogging. Top up with water at about 75 to 80°C, never boiling. A French press works if you have no gourd.

Yerba mate (94.5%), guarana (0.5%), ginseng (1%), ginkgo biloba (1%), pineapple, orange peel, cornflower petals, natural flavourings. May contain peanuts, other nuts and milk.
