Description

The same all-Arabica idea in a tin, ground and noticeably fuller than the bean version — more body, more sweetness, and a rounder finish. The tin is the point: it keeps ground coffee usable far longer than a bag does.

How to use it

Ground for espresso and moka. The extra body means it holds up in milk better than most all-Arabica blends. Close the tin properly between uses — ground coffee loses its aromatics to air faster than anything else in the range.

Additional information

Roasted in Santena, just outside Turin, by a family that has made coffee since 1882. The roastery is deliberately slow about it — cycles of fifteen to eighteen minutes at 180–200°C rather than an industrial turbo roast — and each origin goes through the drum on its own, blended only afterwards so each keeps its own character. Two hundred and fifty gram tin, ready ground. Ground coffee stales faster than beans — keep the tin closed and use within a few weeks of opening.
