Sir Adalbert’s Ceylon Black Tea - 80 Tea Bags

Straight Ceylon black tea, unblended and unscented — the island’s own style, brisk and bright rather than malty. In bags, for the mornings when loose leaf is one step too many.

Brew with boiling water, three to four minutes. Takes milk or lemon; the brightness survives either.

One bag per cup, and lift it out rather than leaving it to stew.
