Sir Adalbert’s Earl Grey Tea - 25 Tea Bags

Black tea scented with bergamot — the small, bitter citrus that gives the blend its perfume and nothing else does. In bags, for the mornings when loose leaf is one step too many.

Brew with boiling water, three to four minutes. It takes milk, but the bergamot shows more clearly without it.

One bag per cup, and lift it out rather than leaving it to stew.
