Description

Sweet pistachio cream built on Sicilian pistachios at 25 per cent, with sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder and cocoa butter.

How to use it

On warm toast, as a filling for cakes and pastries, swirled through gelato, or spooned over a plain panna cotta.

Ingredients

Sugar, Sicilian pistachio 25%, sunflower seed oil, skimmed-milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin; salt. May contain traces of other nuts (hazelnut, pecan, almond), peanuts and sesame. Palm-oil-free.

Additional information

Agrimontana have worked at Borgo San Dalmazzo, at the foot of the Piedmontese Alps, since 1972. They were among the first Italian houses to give up sulphites, and work without colourings, preservatives or synthetic additives.

330 g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

If you love pistachio and want something beyond the usual hazelnut spread stereotype, this cream is a top-tier option, rich, refined and gourmet.
