Gentile Premium Panettone Coffee & Chocolate 750g

The coffee and chocolate panettone in the smaller size — same dough, same fermentation of up to seventy-two hours, same dark chocolate at 55.5 per cent cocoa butter.

Thick slices at room temperature, with coffee or a sweet wine. The 750 g loaf suits a smaller table or a gift that is not meant to feed a crowd.

Type “0” wheat flour, egg yolk, butter, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter 55.5%, emulsifier: soy lecithin e322, aroma: natural vanilla), coffee, sugar, natural yeast (from wheat), acacia honey mixture, malt paste (barley malt, extract, water, enzymes containing tender wheat flour), lemon fruit paste (glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon flavour), orange fruit paste (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice, natural orange flavour), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (e471), salt, vanilla.
