Almond Flour BIO Organic Fine - Low Fat - 1kg & 500g

Organic blanched almonds, finely ground and partially defatted — the low-fat flour. Finer and drier than the standard grind, which makes it behave more like a flour and less like a paste.

Better than the standard grind where a batter would otherwise turn greasy, and in anything needing a fine crumb. Being drier it absorbs more liquid, so expect to loosen a recipe written for full-fat ground almonds.
