Fuller than the Espresso but smoother with it: round, nutty, and balanced between an elegant sweetness and a gentle acidity. The most considered of Bristot’s kilo blends, with hints of malt behind the main character.

The one to choose if the Espresso reads as blunt.

Espresso and moka. The gentler acidity gives it more to say when drunk black, and it holds together in a small milk drink. Grind slightly finer than for the Espresso blend.

Roasted by Bristot in Belluno, in the Italian Dolomites. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
