Passalacqua Cremador is a blend of selected Arabica beans (70%), which have been combined with noble Robusta varieties (30%), creating a composition close to perfection. The beans of this coffee are roasted at a high temperature, until they achieve a dark profile, in a way characteristic of coffees from the southern regions of Italy. It may come as a surprise that despite the use of dark roasting, Passalacqua Cremador has a delicate, mild taste and a velvety creamy consistency.

It works great as a classic espresso, as well as a base for milk specialities such as latte or cappuccino.
