Passalacqua

Passalacqua has roasted coffee in Naples since 1948, when the Passalacqua family started the business after the war. Crema Aroma stocks four of its blends as 1 kg bags of beans, for espresso at home and behind the bar.

Cremador is 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta, medium-dark. Mehari is 55% Arabica and 45% Robusta, medium-dark, which Passalacqua calls strong and full-bodied. Harem is 100% Arabica from eight origins, including Jamaican Blue Mountain, and the one dark roast of the four. Mexico is 100% Arabica from seven countries, medium-dark, and the blend Passalacqua calls its most iconic.
