55% Arabica and 45% Robusta from four countries, roasted medium-dark. Passalacqua calls Mehari a strong, full-bodied coffee with a rich crema, and one of its most loved and requested blends. On the nose: cocoa, toasted bread, biscuit and liquorice; at the finish, dark, earthy notes and a hint of black pepper.
