Four parts Arabica to six of Robusta — a deliberately Robusta-led build for a long-lasting creamy texture. Lavazza are explicit that it is made for milk-based drinks rather than for black coffee.

Espresso for lattes, cappuccino and flat white. The texture is the point and it survives steamed milk intact. Drunk black it will read as blunt, which is the trade the blend makes.

Roasted by Lavazza in Turin. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
