Description

The Barista line taken dark and Neapolitan. Full-bodied with a velvety crema, and notes of toasted bread and spice that the milder Barista 100% does not have.

Choose this one where the house style is a short, dark shot.

How to use it

Espresso, kept short. Dark roasts extract fast: if the cup is harsh, pull it shorter before you touch the grinder. Heavy enough to carry a large milk drink without disappearing.

Additional information

Roasted in Naples by Kimbo, a family firm since 1963. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
