Kimbo

Kimbo is Naples in a bag: the city's best-known roaster, stocked at Crema Aroma in 1 kg beans for machines in daily use and 250 g packs for the moka pot.

The company grew from three brothers roasting in their father's bakery in Naples in the 1960s and is today one of Italy's largest roasters. Its blends are built the Neapolitan way, dark and full-bodied for a short, intense shot.

The 1 kg beans: Aroma Gold 100% Arabica, flowery and full without the Neapolitan bite; Barista 100% Arabica and Barista Espresso Napoli; Crema Suprema, Cremoso and Extra Cream; Intenso, Audace, Extreme and Prestige; Superior Blend. The 250 g line for home: Espresso Napoli in beans and ground, and the Aroma Italiano, Aroma Intenso and Classico ground packs. Each product page carries the roaster's intensity and the Arabica share, so the finder can place them.
