Espresso and moka. The balance of acidity makes it more interesting drunk black than most of the range, and it holds together in a small milk drink. In a moka pot keep the heat low or the spice turns bitter.

Roasted in Naples by Kimbo, a family firm since 1963. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
