Choose it if the rest of the range tastes too dark.

Espresso, and unusually for this range it also rewards filter and cafetière, where the light roast has room to show. As espresso it needs a fine grind and a careful dose; treated roughly it goes thin.

Roasted in Naples by Kimbo, a family firm since 1963. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
