Pellini

Pellini has roasted in Bussolengo, outside Verona, since 1922. Crema Aroma stocks its kilo bean blends: No. 82 Vivace, the everyday espresso, mostly Arabica with a little Robusta for the crema, full-bodied and low in acidity; No. 9 Cremoso, softer and creamier; Top 100% Arabica, blended for sweetness and made to drink black; and Gran Aroma, also all Arabica, floral and the delicate end of the range.

For bars that want a north-Italian style, lighter than Naples, without a high price.
