Pellini print four ideal drinks on the bag: espresso, cappuccino, lungo and iced coffee, with an Americano, a black coffee and desserts as alternatives. With the right grind it also suits bean-to-cup machines, the moka pot, filter and Chemex. As with any all-Arabica blend, a machine usually wants a finer grind than for a Robusta blend: if a shot runs fast and tastes thin, tighten the grinder before adding more coffee.

Roasted by Pellini in Verona, where the family has made coffee since 1922. Each origin is roasted on its own cycle before the beans are blended. Pellini advise keeping coffee in an airtight jar, somewhere cool and away from light, ideally in the fridge.
