All Arabica, refined rather than forceful — Caffè Mauro have roasted in Calabria since 1949, and this is the blend they put their reputation on. Complex where most kilo blends at this price are simply strong.

The gentlest thing in the range and the most aromatic.

Espresso, filter and moka all suit it, which is unusual. As espresso it wants a fine grind and a full dose; all-Arabica blends punish a light hand. Drink it black at least once before deciding how you take it.

Roasted by Caffè Mauro in Reggio Calabria. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
