    Casarecce is a traditional Sicilian pasta shape, loved for its unique twisted and rolled design, which resembles a scroll. Its name translates to "homemade," embodying the rustic charm and authenticity of Italian cooking. 

    Produced in Italy with carefully selected Italian flours, this pasta is crafted using the traditional bronze wire drawing technique and slowly dried using the natural "Cirillo" method. This process ensures the pasta retains its authentic flavour, rough texture, and excellent ability to hold sauces, delivering a true Italian dining experience.
