Organic tomato juice with courgette, carrot, celery and onion, in extra virgin olive oil. The vegetables are cooked into the sauce rather than left in pieces, which is what makes it work for small children.

Heat and serve with pasta or rice, or eat it as a light soup.

Gentile have worked at Gragnano, in the hills behind the bay of Naples, since 1876. The preserves come from the same house as the pasta and from the same part of Campania.
