Izzo’s top blend in a one-kilogram bag rather than a tin: the same all-Arabica, roasted long and slow to a dark profile. Dark roasting is normally used to tame Robusta rather than to develop Arabica; here it gives a smooth, delicate cup with a rich crema and naturally low caffeine.

Espresso. The slow roast makes it more forgiving than most all-Arabica blends, so it dials in without a fight. Low enough in caffeine to drink later in the day than the strength suggests.

Roasted by Izzo in Naples. One-kilogram bag, whole bean; the roaster prints its advice on the bag to open it 24 hours before use. Keep it sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
