Vincenzi Hazelnut Syrup (Nocciola) 700ml – Glass Bottle

Hazelnut syrup from Vincenzi of Turin, from the maker’s coffee syrup line. The taste comes from hazelnut flavouring and a natural hazelnut extract, the amber colour from plain caramel. Contains hazelnut, so it is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

Add 2 cl (20 ml) to a latte, cappuccino or iced coffee, the measure Vincenzi use in their own iced cappuccino recipe, and adjust to taste. It also goes into hot chocolate and cold milk. For a long drink, the label gives one part syrup to six parts water.

Vincenzi is a Turin family firm that has made syrups since 1930; this one is produced by Nuove Distillerie Vincenzi near Turin. Vincenzi make their syrups with refined sugar rather than glucose, and the watercolour on the label is by the Italian artist Barbara Fantaguzzi.

700 ml glass bottle with an aluminium screw cap. Non-alcoholic and gluten free. Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
