Espresso. The body carries milk without effort, and the crema holds long enough to survive being carried to a table. Keep the shot short; the blend is strong enough that length adds bitterness rather than strength.

Roasted by Bristot in Belluno, in the Italian Dolomites. One kilogram of whole bean. Keep the bag sealed, cool and out of daylight; once open, use within a month.
